1. About This Service

SummCore Boost is an AI-powered business health assessment tool operated by SummCore. It allows business owners and operators to score their business across five pillars and receive AI-generated insights and recommendations.

The results and recommendations produced by SummCore Boost are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional business, financial, legal, or accounting advice. You should seek qualified professional advice before making significant business decisions.

2. Eligibility

By using SummCore Boost, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are a business owner, operator, or authorised representative of a business entity.

3. Free Assessment

The core business health assessment is provided free of charge. You may take the assessment as many times as you wish. Each completed assessment generates a unique results page linked to that session.

4. Premium Report Purchase

The premium AI-generated report is available for a one-time payment of $35 USD. By purchasing:

• You authorise SummCore to charge your payment method the stated amount via Stripe
• Delivery of the report is electronic and begins immediately upon payment confirmation
• The purchase is non-refundable once the report has been delivered. If you do not receive your report due to a technical failure on our part, contact us at info@summcore.com and we will resolve it promptly
• Prices are displayed in USD. Your card provider may apply currency conversion fees

5. AI-Generated Content

The insights, scores, recommendations, and reports generated by SummCore Boost are produced by AI models (including Anthropic Claude). While we aim for accuracy and relevance, AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or generalisations that do not apply to your specific situation.

SummCore does not warrant that any AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or suitable for your particular business needs.

6. Intellectual Property

• The SummCore Boost platform, assessment framework, scoring methodology, and all associated content are the intellectual property of SummCore
• Your assessment responses and business data remain your property
• The AI-generated report produced from your assessment is licensed to you for personal business use; you may not resell or redistribute it

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use SummCore Boost for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the assessment framework or AI outputs at scale
• Use automated tools to submit assessments in bulk

8. Disclaimer of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SummCore shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of SummCore Boost or reliance on any AI-generated content, including but not limited to losses arising from business decisions made based on assessment results.

9. Service Availability

We aim to keep SummCore Boost available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
